Digital Marketing Assistant, Bookouture
What you’ll be doing
The focus of the role will be to assist on social media advertising, email marketing, website management, analytics and reporting and provide support on ongoing digital projects.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer who combines creativity with analysis and innovation. You should have a proven passion for digital marketing and the mindset to constantly improve the way we connect our books with readers.
- Understanding of paid social or search advertising campaigns
- Creating, analysing and reporting on email marketing campaigns
- Understanding of CMS and SEO – knowledge of Wordpress an advantage
- Experience of using data visualisation systems for reporting
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and great at managing a varied workload with tight deadlines
- Eye for design – experience with Photoshop preferred
- Awareness of digital marketing trends and best practice
- A growth mindset and keen interest in innovation

This role can be based at our London office, or at any of our new regional offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield or Bristol.
The role will begin working from home due to ongoing Covid19 restrictions, but once normality resumes this role will be based at one of our UK offices, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
