Head of Digital Marketing (Fixed Term Contract) - Little, Brown Book Group
What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategies across the company and all imprints. You will be responsible for the overall strategy for all our consumer digital marketing channels and communities, which include Virago and Orbit. You will also work across commercial and literary imprints to devise and implement a select number of campaigns for our books.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic digital marketer who is driven and keen to progress their career at a large trade publisher. You will have been working within a similar digital marketing role before with demonstrable campaign work.
- Understanding and experience of managing websites on Wordpress
- An understanding of the publishing process, industry and subscription boxes
- Working knowledge of podcasts and the editing process
- Able to develop and manage Owned Channel CRM strategy
- An understanding of the value of email marketing
- Knowledge of Marketing’s legal requirements around data protection
- Solid understanding of Google Ad Words Campaigns
- Extensive experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter Digital Advertising
- A good understanding of Facebook Business manager
- A desire to ensure our owned channels are diverse and inclusive
- Demonstrable experience delivering a content and ecommerce strategy across owned channels
- Brand management experience to support growth of our owned and authors channels
- Experience with Shopify sites
- Experience with Pixels
- Experience with Instagram shops
- A working understanding of website domains and hosting packages
- A good grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Podcast creation and distribution
- Some working knowledge of Google Lens technology
