Publicity Manager / Senior Publicity Manager - Hodder & Stoughton
What you’ll be doing
The successful candidate will report to an experienced Publicity Director and will work independently across a wide range of fiction and non-fiction campaigns, including reading group fiction, crime & thriller, literary fiction, popular science, smart-thinking non-fiction, history and narrative non-fiction.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Publicity Manager or Senior Publicity Manager with a proven track record of planning and implementing their own publicity campaigns and delivering exceptional author care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well-organised and creative, with excellent communication skills and established media contacts. You will have a passion for narrative non-fiction, reading group fiction and crime fiction in particular, and will have a strong understanding of all the elements needed to make a title commercially successful.
You would be an integral part of a fun, collaborative and highly successful publicity team, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with colleagues to share ideas, while managing their campaigns independently.

This role can be based at our London office, or at any of our new regional offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield or Bristol, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
