Sales Administration Assistant (Temporary), Hachette UK
Who we are and what we do
Hachette UK, one of the UK’s leading publishing groups, is seeking an enthusiastic, organised sales administrator to join the busy Sales Department in a temporary role. This role in the sales team works across our trade publishers, Headline, Hodder & Stoughton, John Murray Press, and Quercus.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the UK team for Hodder and Stoughton, John Murray, Headline and Quercus, this role is all about ensuring that our customers receive the best possible information, selling material and general support.
Key areas of responsibility include processing orders, collating sales materials, managing author signings and event stock and producing presentations for a variety of UK customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will need to be extremely efficient, able to work on your own initiative and have a determination to get the job done.

The role requires great attention to detail, exceptional organisational, numerical and communication skills and a sound knowledge of all computer packages.
